    The Oreck store in Cleveland offers more than just a way to clean the home.      Kathy Scott, the new manager for Oreck of Cleveland, is particularly passionate about is making life better for the customer. A Chattanooga native and professional housekeeper for many years, Mrs. Scott began working for Oreck in 2008. Already an Oreck customer, she began using the products because she was tired of buying disposable vacuum cleaners. Her knowledge of cleaning products is extensive, and she enjoys teaching her customers how to use the products to their best advantage. Scott believes that when a person’s home is healthy and strong, it gives them strength in all aspects of their life, a viewpoint that is reflected in the relationships she builds with her customers, saying “The first thing I do when a new customer enters the store is point to our sign. We are a ‘Clean Home Center,’ which means that we have everything you need to clean your home from the floor to the ceiling.”

     Offering a lightweight 8-pound upright vacuum has enabled millions of consumers of all ages to vacuum their home without experiencing back and shoulder pain that can occur after using a heavy vacuum.
